Yoga Classes for Peri/Menopause

Moving with Strength & Grace:
Supporting the Changing Body

Saturday, October 11th, 10:30am // Red Jasper Event Studio

In this 60-minute class, we will move through a practice that focuses on the cognitive effects of peri/menopause: brain fog, forgetfulness, overwhelm, anxiety, difficulty concentrating and nervous system regulation.

This practice isn’t about remembering every pose or doing things perfectly. It’s about giving your brain permission to rest. As our hormones change, so does our nervous system. In this class we will create space for clarity, calm, and self-compassion.”

Finding Clarity:
Supporting the Mind Through Movement

Saturday, October 18th, 10:30am // Red Jasper Event Studio

In this 60-minute class, our focus will be on the physical effects of peri/menopause: joint stiffness, muscle loss, weight redistribution, fatigue, decreased mobility, hot flashes and bone health.

Our bodies are always communicating with us. During perimenopause and menopause, the conversation changes. In this practice, we will move with curiosity instead of criticism, building strength, improving mobility, and honoring what our bodies need in this season.

Coming Home To Your Body:
Sexual Health & Body Confidence

Saturday, October 25th, 10:30am // Red Jasper Event Studio

In this 60-minute class, our focus will be on how peri/menopause effect a woman’s sexual health with movements designed for pelvic floor awareness, body confidence, self-acceptance and reconnecting with the body.

Menopause doesn’t mark the end of vitality, femininity, or intimacy—it marks the beginning of a new relationship with your body. In this practice, we will move with compassion, reconnect with our inner strength, and rediscover the wisdom, beauty, and pleasure of living in the body we have today.
