Welcome to Movement by Leah Ross. Since discovering Pilates in 2006, I have been on a journey of building strength both inside and out.

I believe that true wellness comes from the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Each workout is a journey, encouraging you to listen to your body, stay present in the moment, and find your center. The physical benefits — stronger muscles, improved posture, and better balance — extend far beyond class, supporting you in all areas of life.

I have 10+ years of teaching experience, trained in Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Ballerobica. With a passion for movement, I specialize in helping you improve mobility, strength and balance through intentional movement.

Whether on the mat or a reformer Pilates session, barre workout or sculpt class, my goal is to create balanced, effective movement practices that empower you to move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
