Barre Sculpt

Barre Sculpt is a fast-paced, 60-minute workout designed to ignite your entire body! Start with isometric strength training at the barre to sculpt and tone, then flow into balance-focused "center barre" moves—barre-inspired work without the barre. Finally, hit the floor for a Pilates-based core burn that will leave your abs on fire! This high-energy class targets your core, arms, legs, and booty, helping you achieve a lean, toned physique.

Barre Burn is a full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with strength training to tone muscles, improve balance, and build total-body strength. Through precise, controlled movements, you'll sculpt your arms, legs, core, and back while using your own body weight and a variety of props to challenge your limits. This energizing class is designed to push you toward becoming stronger, leaner, and more balanced—both physically and mentally.
