2026 Retreat: Navigating Life’s Transitions
Life as a woman is defined by transitions, adolescence, motherhood, career shifts, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Each phase brings new responsibilities, expectations, and hormonal shifts that can challenge even the most resilient among us. Many women arrive at their provider describing the same feeling: “I’m exhausted, I don’t feel like myself, but I can’t slow down.”
Harmony in Motion’s Women’s Wellness Retreat will focus on “Navigating Life’s Transitions: Understanding Burnout in Women”. This weekend is designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind, so you can make empowered choices for your health and well-being.
This 4-day retreat provides an opportunity to enjoy a retreat specifically designed for women.
Led by Medical Specialist Haley Scellick, ARNP, Behavior Specialist Erika Zink, and Movement Specialist Leah Ross, this seminar will answer questions and provide resources, solutions, support and encouragement to help you feel confident.

Haley Scellick, ARNP
{Medical Expert}
Haley has been a board-certified nurse practitioner since 2017, with specialized experience in family medicine, pediatrics, and hormone health. She currently owns her own practice working with the first responder community, supporting individuals experiencing hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, and stress-related concerns. Haley uses a root-cause approach to healing by integrating both mainstream diagnostics and cutting-edge biomarkers to uncover and address underlying health issues for lasting health improvements.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University as a Family Nurse Practitioner, holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Central Washington University, and completed her nursing degree at Yakima Valley Community College. Haley is also formally trained in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and in hormone therapy through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
Erika Zink, NBC-HWC
{Behavior Expert}
Erika is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), Certified HeartMath Practitioner, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). As the founder of Phoenix Feather Coaching, she is passionate about helping others simplify the change process and guiding them toward becoming their best selves.
A lover of all things outdoors, Erika spends her free time hiking the breathtaking trails of the Pacific Northwest, experimenting with delicious recipes, and soaking in the natural beauty of the Columbia Basin. When she’s not exploring the wilds, you’ll find her enjoying time with her partner and (lovingly) teasing her cat.
At Harmony in Motion, Erika will lead a rejuvenating forest therapy-inspired hike, complete with a grounding meditation to help participants connect deeply with nature and themselves. She’ll also share practical mind-body insights for cultivating balance and harmony in everyday life.
Leah Ross, 200 RYT
{Movement Expert}
Leah is a certified Pilates, Barre and Yoga instructor with a decade of teaching experience. Since discovering Pilates more than 20 years ago, she has cultivated a deep passion for movement and its transformative power.
With certifications across multiple disciplines, Leah blends these practices into unique, dynamic classes. Her approach fuses the precision of Pilates, the grace of barre, the mindfulness of yoga, and the artistry of dance to create well-rounded, empowering fitness experiences.
At Harmony in Motion, Leah will share her love of movement and guide participants to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve balance while fostering a deeper connection to their bodies. Let’s move together, grow stronger and have fun doing it!
